Comasia Show is an intelligent assistant application developed by Shenzhen Shengya Exhibition Planning Co., Ltd., specifically designed for our exhibition participants.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This User Agreement & Privacy Policy outlines how "Comasia Show" (hereinafter referred to as "The App") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.

The above information provided by you (“Your Data”) will be included in the database of this show and other exhibitions organised/managed by the Organiser and its affiliated companies. The Organiser may use Your Data for the purposes of (i) handling your registration as a buyer and/or exhibitor of this show; (ii) providing updates, services, products, facilities or activities and matters relating to administration, management, operation and maintenance of activities and exhibitions organised/managed by the Organiser and its affiliated companies (including processing applications or requests for services, products, facilities or activities); (iii) communicating with you (including responding to your enquiries or requests for information); (iv) administering and maintaining the Organiser’s website and diagnosing problems where necessary; (v) designing, reviewing, evaluating and enhancing the Organiser’s services, products, facilities or activities (including conducting research, survey and analysis for those purposes); (vi) investigating and handling complaints, claims or incidents involving the Organiser or any of its customers, visitors or website users; and (vii) preventing, detecting or investigating suspicious or illegal activities and making disclosure when required by any law, court order, direction, code or guideline applicable in or outside Hong Kong]

Your Data will not generally be used by, disclosed or transferred to any other party in a form that would identify you except in the following circumstances:

• If the Organiser uses third party suppliers or service providers who provide administrative, insurance, telecommunications, information technology, computer, data processing, content delivery, marketing support or other services to support business operation of the Organiser or facilitate provision of services, products, facilities or activities by the Organiser, the Organiser may provide Your Data to these suppliers or service providers.

• The Organiser may disclose Your Data to its partners, supporting organisations, event sponsors, authorised managers, agents or contractors, or persons under a duty of confidentiality to them (including accountants, auditors, legal advisers or other professional advisers), who facilitate the organisation of the show and the registration of show participants in connection with this show.

• The Organiser may disclose Your Data to any governmental or law enforcement agency, judicial body or regulatory authority to whom the Organiser is required to make disclosure according to any law, regulation, court order, or pursuant to any regulatory or investigatory assistance arrangements between the Organiser and other regulators or law enforcement agents.

• In addition, Your Data may be accessed by, disclosed or transferred to any person under a duty of confidentiality to the Organiser (including accountants, auditors, legal advisers or other professional advisers) for the abovementioned purposes.

You may refuse to consent to the transfer of personal information to third parties. However, if you refuse to consent to the transfer of personal information to third parties, the Organiser may not be able to process your registration.

You have the right to request access to, or the correction of, Your Data held by the Organiser. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact the Organiser. Contact information has been stated in the “Contact Us” section of this website.

Account and Cancellation Instructions
If you have registered and used an account in this application, we commit to providing you with a convenient and clear account cancellation channel. After cancellation, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
You can apply for account cancellation as follows:
In-app cancellation path:
Open the Comasia Show → go to “Profile Center” → tap “Settings” → select “Cancel Account” → follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Account cancellation will result in the following:
You will no longer be able to use services and data related to the account;
Your account information, historical data, personal profile, etc., will be deleted or anonymized ;
Cancellation is irreversible, please proceed with caution.

打开 本应用 → 进入【个人中心】→ 点击【设置】→ 选择【注销账户】→ 根据提示完成注销。

注销账户将导致以下结果：
您将无法继续使用与该账户相关的服务和数据；
您的账户信息、历史数据、个人资料等将被删除或匿名化处理；
注销为不可逆操作，请您谨慎操作。
